Make sure firmware on router is up to date; Try different wireless channels to make sure it is not wireless interference causing the problem. Make sure the wireless card drivers are up to date. (This would involve the user checking the computer manufacturer's website, or the wireless card chipset manufacturers website for updates)

Hi, so I signed up with a new ISP, they sent me a nice DX3301-T0 router which I used for a couple of months, until they went bust. So I got another ISP and another new router…. Is there any way of switching back to the stock/generic firmware? Seems a shame to bin a fairly decent router. There's no firmware upgrade option in the Web UI.
